Oceanfront - Luxury Penthouse

There was not a single thing I would change. The home, the booking, and the experience was better than any I’ve ever had Positive: 100/10! If I could rate this place more than a 10 I genuinely would and this is why. The home was absolutely beautiful, it was both comfortable and quiet, it was completely clean, in an AMAZING location central to almost everything in Rosarito (both tourist attractions and local markets/restaurants/grocery stores and pharmacies nearby), and most importantly it was safe for my entire family. Not only is there a private gate entrance, security, and two separate locks to get into your apartment, but Javier and his wife who were the groundskeepers on site, were so attentive and helpful at a moments notice whenever we texted them for anything we needed. The booking manager was also very communicative and accommodating of special requests. On top of all that, the sound of the waves in the morning and the view were unlike any place I’ve ever stayed and I am someone who stays in Rosarito frequently. There is beach access from the property which is unlike almost any property in the area as well and our view of the sunset over the ocean was unobstructed. There is genuinely nothing I can complain about with my stay. I will be coming back in the future! Negative: There is nothing I didn’t enjoy about this property.

STUNNING!! Positive: This place is an absolute MUST STAY. We just had an incredible weekend at this gorgeous two-bedroom penthouse, and everything exceeded expectations. From the bedroom to the restroom, kitchen, and living room — every space is spotless, modern, and absolutely stunning. The private gated property gave us total peace of mind. We left our vehicle and belongings without a single worry, which made the stay even more relaxing. The ocean views are unreal — waking up to the waves and enjoying the rooftop was next level. Javier and his wife were amazing hosts. Always ready to help at the first ring, truly attentive and caring. If you’re thinking about booking — don’t hesitate. This is the one. Super property Positive: We really enjoyed the privacy, the host on property were super nice and kind. We will definitely like to stay here again. Plus it’s close to everything in primo tapia. Highly recommend Negative: A extra bathroom would be ideal!

Best property and hosts on the planet! Positive: I can’t say enough good things about this place and our amazing hosts. Aside from being a gorgeous house and location with all the amenities, check out this story! We drive through the border only to realize that our auto registration has expired (duh!) and we get kicked out of Mexico. Stuck in San Diego we contact our host and they actually drive across the border and pick us up and refuse to be compensated. That was at least 3 hours of their time plus gas and toll!
